As a new scholastic year approached, our entire school community came together for an unforgettable team-building experience — and the result was truly something special.
Organised by our HR team, the activity challenged each group to create two squares of a larger, shared artwork. Far from working in isolation, teams had to collaborate closely — mixing paints and carefully coordinating their colour palettes to ensure every section would flow seamlessly into the next. Each square was thoughtfully crafted to reflect our core school values, making the creative process as meaningful as the outcome.
Then came the moment everyone had been waiting for. As the individual pieces were brought together, a stunning mural emerged — greater than the sum of its parts, and a true reflection of who we are as a community. The energy in the room was electric.
This beautiful collective artwork will soon take pride of place in our main corridor, where it will serve as a daily reminder of what we stand for, and what we can accomplish when we pursue a shared vision together.
