San Anton School, Malta is an independent, co-ed (girls and boys) school, catering for over a thousand students of all abilities, from Kindergarten to the end of compulsory education (Grade 12).

The School is situated in the beautiful valley of L-Imselliet, close to the village of Mgarr, and only a 5-minute drive from the larger towns of Mosta and Rabat. Situated as it is, away from the business and commercial centre of the country, our students benefit from a beautiful, healthy and peaceful countryside environment.

A Word From The Head of San Anton School

Greetings from San Anton School!

The second term is well under way and thankfully 2010 started well for us. The Grade 12s have started the all-important mock exams which will give important and timely feedback to the students in preparation for their MATSEC exams. Soon the whole Senior Sector, and Grades 6 and 7 also, will be involved in the mid-yearly exams. Revision is definitely a key word at the moment.

January saw the school take its first steps towards organising an Eko-Skola committee with the elections held on the 18th. We are now on our way to working towards the Green Flag for San Anton. This will be our opportunity to formalize the good environmental practices which have been in place for several years. It will also be the means for our students to move the school even further forward with regard to the environment.

There are other exciting events occurring which you can keep up to date with by perusing our website. In every term there is something going on which indeed is evidence that we believe in connecting classroom education with the world outside.

We hope that for everyone it will be a wonderful year.
